If you’re an existing NAB customer, you can:

  • save time and use your NAB Internet Banking login to pre-fill your personal and NAB financial details
  • and upload recent financial documents (such as payslips and bank statements) in the form. Have these ready to speed up your application.

If you’re a new NAB applicant or don’t have any active NAB accounts, you’ll need to provide at least one of the following forms of ID: an Australian driver’s license, medicare card, Australian passport, or international passport.

The whole process is divided into 3 steps

Step 1. After you have completed the application (~15 minutes), you’ll receive a response in 60 seconds.

Step 2. f you’re conditionally approved, The bank may ask you for additional information or documentation, such as payslips or bank statements.

Step 3. If approved, your physical card will arrive within five working days. Then activate and set up your new card using the NAB app or NAB Internet Banking.
