The TD First Class Travel Visa is designed for those who travel frequently, as indicated by its name. The TD Rewards Program is extensive, allowing you to accumulate points based on different spending categories:

  • 8 points when booking travel through Expedia;
  • 6 points for purchases at grocery stores and restaurants;
  • 4 points on recurring bill payments;
  • 2 points on all other purchases.

Moreover, you can receive an annual birthday bonus of up to 10,000 points with TD Rewards.

TD Bank doesn’t disclose specific starting credit limits, but they generally begin around $5,000, which is typical for similar cards.

It’s possible to earn up to $1,000 in value from the 135,000 points you can accumulate within the first 180 days of opening the account. Additionally, there is no annual fee in the first year.

The card carries an annual fee of $139 with a $50 fee for each supplementary cardholder and an interest rate of 20.99% on purchases.

To be eligible for the card, you need an excellent credit score, a strong credit history, and must meet the required income criteria.
